Each artwork is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please review the details below for information on shipping, delivery options, and insurance.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

United States

All U.S. orders include complimentary shipping.

International Orders

International shipping is available but not included in artwork pricing. Shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on destination, artwork size, and packaging requirements. Please contact us for a personalized shipping estimate before placing your order.

For large-scale international shipments, artwork may be shipped unstretched and rolled to ensure safe transit and more efficient delivery. All details will be confirmed with you in advance.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

All artworks are shipped fully insured via trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Insurance

Every piece is fully insured for its full value while in transit. Insurance coverage is standard practice for original artwork and provides protection against loss or damage during shipping.

Packaging & Handling

Each artwork is packaged with exceptional care to protect the textures, materials, and surfaces of the piece:

  • All works are carefully wrapped, padded, and boxed
  • Works on paper may ship flat or in sturdy protective tubes
  • Larger works (for example, 48" × 36") may be removed from stretcher bars and shipped rolled
  • Large international orders are typically shipped rolled unless otherwise arranged

If a specific packaging method applies to your artwork, you will be notified prior to shipment.

Shipping Damage or Issues

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The artwork
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage

We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and review each situation on a case-by-case basis. While carrier policies may vary, we are committed to guiding the process toward a fair and positive resolution.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Local pickup is available upon request.
